Shipping Policy

Shipping Times & Methods

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • We ship worldwide using trusted carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc., depending on your location and selected shipping method).
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Domestic (USA): 3–7 business days
    • International: 7–21 business days (customs delays may extend this)
  • Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

Free Shipping

  • Free standard shipping may be offered on orders over a certain amount (if applicable – threshold will be clearly displayed at checkout).
  • Free shipping promotions are only valid within the promotional period and for eligible countries.

Returns & Refunds – Shipping Costs

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items (some exceptions apply – see below).
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including any original shipping fees paid. We do not reimburse original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective on arrival, etc.).
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. In these cases, we will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized/custom-made items
  • Intimate apparel, swimwear, underwear, and earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Sale/clearance items (unless defective)
  • Digital downloads or gift cards

How to Return an Item

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Ship the package to the return address we provide (using a trackable method – we recommend keeping proof of postage).
  4. Once we receive and approve the return, your refund will be processed.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit or significantly delayed, please contact us with your order number and tracking details. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.
